Crochet hat for G.G. daughter's B'day. Nail file slips Dragonflyer graciously gave me her design but couldn't figure an easy way to monogram ea. sooo 18" of Grogain ribbon, 6 to a hoop and monogram, take out fold over ea. end and sew. Have made 30 and have 30 more to go. 1 for ea lady at church, 1 for women in club and 14 + for daughter & G. daughter to give as gifts to students at school who have helped in Library. The Crochet hat pattern came from "The WHOot" free.

Should have told you the Emery board is 7" long x 1/8" long and emory board is in the K slip. You can see it peeking out the top./Lillian

Sounds like you have been and will be busy! I regret I didn't get dragonflyer's nail file design, but at the time, I didn't have a 5x7 machine.

Her design is great, but the kids wanted me to put monograms on ea. one and the nail files/ emerys were to thick to fit in hers so had to come up with another way and had seen this method at a craft show and done a couple before. When I figured I could get 6 rib
bons monogrammed in 1 hooping I decided that was the way to go. Ribbons are 1&1/2 in. wide./Lillian
