I often am asked if they buy quantity can they get them cheaper. Their idea of quantity was 3 or 4. I just say no as they take too long to make.

Had a Lady bought a Mug Bag from me. Hate making these as they are so fiddly. She came back and asked me if she supplied the Fabric would I make a quantity for her. I dreaded this as I had no idea what to charge her. Well I have never seen her again, so maybe she succeeded in pulling mine apart and getting her own pattern.

Again when we had the Nursery a Lady told my DH that he had a cheek. All we had to do was stick a cutting in the ground and we charge that much????????

I just got asked this yesterday! Can I make 100 for a charity freebie, we can't pay but it is for a good cause! I am actually thinking about it. But the rest are so insulting I have to wonder upon hearing this from some ungratefully rude person just how you keep your temper? I am not sure that I would!~hugs~

Just have to be firm. When we had a Nursery. When asked for a Discount we would tell them if they spend $100 we would give them a bonus.

Had that same experience. Not with Craft but when Growing Fuchsias. Wanted 25 baskets all white. When asked when for, she said in 2 weeks.
