This will be a Christmas gift for our youngest daughter. Reversible & very warm lap blanket. very hard on the back stooped over to make this on the floor but so worth it, I hope. One of these days I have to make one of these for both myself & hubs they are so soft & warm & right now the wind is howling outside my door & it is supposed to drop down to 0 tonight.....brrrrr

Thank you Caroline I do too. The older they get the harder it seams to be to please them. ~hugs~

Very pretty Loralye-is it fleece? She will love it-supposed to be a frigid winter-so far we haven't been hit with the big snow-about 2 inches-but the wind is horrible today-good day to be indoors

You need to make a draft dodger with your scraps for stuffing! Then you won't feel the draft & save you money too!~hugs~

Gosh it's hard to believe it is so cold and that you guys are making winter things, whilst we here in Australia we are having hot days. I love the blankets these are a great idea. Are these the ones you cut/slash and tie up? Beautiful colours too. Love Chris

Great reminder about these blankets. Now that it is getting cold I think they would make great gifts. You did well.
