we have a new addition to our ever growing family. Our cousin has had his first baby & has arrived @ 9lbs & 5 ounces both baby & mom are doing very well & after being in hospital one day they are both home! Hudson Sinclair

Beautiful little boy Loralye, I'm amazed they send the mothers home so early these days. They don't even wait till the mother's milk comes in. I do hope she will have a midwife come round to visit. They do that here in Australia. Have the baby, go home a day or two later and then the midwife comes to visit you in your home. Congratulations to all concerned. Love Chris

no unfortunately they don't do this automatically but you can ask for a lactation specialist to come by if you are in the know which most new moms are not. but I mentioned this to the new mom & he is nursing really well now.

thank you all so much he is simply a darling & so good as he is on a very punctual nursing schedule thus far every 4 hours which is wonderful for the mom. ~hugs Loralye~ &*** 4 all
