I've had waffle weave sold as embroidery blanks shrink a lot - be sure to pre-shrink fabric or towels. Cute snowmen.

Have found them sometimes at WalMart, at Marshall's, at Linens n Things. My goal is under $2 per towel so I can sell them with a slew of stitches for $7. Can't sell any at more than that!

I just finished recipe designs stitched on waffle-weave towels from Target. I pre-shrunk them and lightly pressed. They turned out really well.

Why not make your own. Check out the fabric department in Walmart. They carry the fabric you're looking for. I love making baby blankets out of the waffle weave fabric. It adds such texture to the blanket.
