Search for 10 minute pot holder. Then alter the measurements as follows.
21 x 15cm 2 Pieces
21 x 14cm 2 Pieces
15 x 15cm 2 Pieces.
Made the same way.
Sew easy. I overlock mine. turn inside out and they are done. Remove tissues from the box and gently insert into the holder.

These are great I love fast when in a pinch and this fits wonderfully. I love your fabrics here. That would be my lengthily amount of time choosing which fabric I wanted to use.
