Well, the day has come and gone and I'm bushed! Everyone except Sue came - Sue is my oldest friend from Sydney - she has a sick Sharpei with Sharpei Fever and understandably couldn't leave her.
I've got some pictures here to share with you all. We all had a lovely day, thanks to all the Cuties who wished us well with the day and to Pauline particularly who sent both Meg and I messages. Love Chris

4. Food on table- I took this before the Fried Rice and a beautiful roasted vegetables arrived.

7. Me at the end of a long day! I was mucking around in the kitchen and Amy said "Mum I'll take a piccie of you drinking the last bit of Champers"!

Hi Sarah - it was BLOODY HOT once again! I had the air con on in the front room (our loungeroom) where Ophelie was watching a video and dressing the Christmas tree and the one on out the back where we were. The oldies complained about it being 22 - so I put it up to 25 and then I suffered! The things we do for our friends! he he he! Love Chris

Very nice pictures. Looks like some ladies knew what color theme you had. Looks like everyone had a wonderful time. I would have done the same thing with the end of a bottle. LOL!

Hi Lily, yes, all the women were foretold that the colours to wear would be blue, white and silver. Mum and Valmai wore bright blue, I wore Navy, Chris had a bit of silver in her top. Meganne wore a pale blue and Kaye were pale too. Stasia had a two tone blue dress! Amy of course didn't bother as she wore red and white! Love Chris

Great pictures, nice to see everyone had a great time. The ladies really look like they are enjoying the luncheon. So nice of Amy to come and do clean-up, and give you a break. You sure did a beautiful job on the table setting. Delphi, and Ophelie are so cute and look like they also enjoyed the time at Nana's house. That is a beautiful picture of you and Amy. Firstly, glad you liked the piccies Laura and secondly, yes Meg looks great she's lost 13kgs! Mum is a good looking woman not bad for nearly 81 in January! I look more like Dad people say. Yes, Delphi is growing up she just turned 13 months old!!!! She's nearly walking, but Amy says she doesn't mind if she doesn't walk till she's older. I think it will be in the next couple of weeks, she's standing up on her own from time to time and then plops down on the floor! Love Chris

It certainly was a lovely day shared with a wonderful group of ladies, an abundance of mouth watering food and delicious fruit punch, all enjoyed amongst a stunning Christmas setting created by Chris and to top it off, an amazing set of gifts for each of us, all made by Chris. I feel honoured and truly blessed to be a part of this special day and cannot thank my dear friend enough for all she does to make this day so truly enjoyable. She is a lady filled with love and warmth and is not afraid to show her friends (and family) how much they mean to her and if I may say... it is well and truly reciprocated girlfriend.
