Could not understand why the fabric became static as I was ironing, my mind was working overtime it must be poly cotton why else would it be static, planing trip back to shop I was on the boil,then I felt it, it was sticky yes you guessed it wrong can ..

Aaugh! So, what t(else) did you stick it to, while it was sticky? Hehe. I store my starch spray and sticky spray in the same cabinet and it is my rule that I have to read the can OUT LOUD before spraying. Guess it was cotton, at least!

I am laughing now thinking how infuriated I was,I spray the back then turn it over and iron so nothing on the iron.

Oh my goodness. What does your iron look like? I have also used wrong aerosol can before (Airfresher versus Haispray) but this must have been specially frustrating.
