Is anyone using the Open Office Writer program for your documents and PDF files to save? I tried to open a PDF that I saved to make a change to it and it wouldn't open...and that is the program that I made it in and originally saved it in as a PDF...I am curious...am I missing something or can you not change a PDF file after you have created it...any help is appreciated...Thanks!

PDF files not editable. If I want to change mine, I go back to the original in Word or Publisher and then resave as a new PDF.

Thanks, Sue...I wasn't sure, but I thought that some programs could edit PDF files...I guess I will just have to remember to save as both a Word and PDF file...

There are several ways but most involve translating into a Word document > editing > saving again as a PDF.
