This is a t-shirt to wear at our gigs in the run up to Christmas. The centre of the star has an LED in it with a tiny battery pack behind.
It is a shirt which already had a design on so I digitised the Christmas tree applique for my Mega Hoop (200mm x 280mm) so that it covered every bit of it. (Just!)
The LED kit was a Christmas present last year from another member of this forum - it has taken me this long to decide what to do with it!

How wonderful! I would love to know more about the LED kit please. I have been looking for kits but unsure of what to get.

They come from a company called Kitronic here in UK. You can buy the LEDs, the battery packs and the thread that conducts electricity separately or as a kit. Look out for "Electro Fashion"
