Nice choice of fabrics! I can never get names centered perfectly like you did! Good work!
Repetitive motions can be very hard on your body. Rest helps. Perhaps you need to get one of those wrist braces from the drug stores to wear when you take on such a big project, or at the first time you notice your wrist getting tired. When I first notice my wrist feeling sore, I wear my brace to bed and it feels better in the morning.
