I also got my $10 dollar birthday gift and bought some lovely owl designs

try going to the Embroidery Library home page and at the top of that page on the right side is a block that has a "message Center". Click on that and it will show the messages that have been sent to you. Hopefully the letter that you are looking for will be there.
