My Ellisimo Gold embroidery machine is making "clunking noises" - I am taking in for a check up and hopefully a quick fix. Why does this happen just before the holidays? I did get my Secret Cute Sister gift finished and mailed - but, I still had projects to finish!! Is it one of those Murphy Law things?

Replace the needle first take apart all the bobbin unit and clean it out. May be something caught or a bent needle. Suzanne

Oh, Suzanne - I tried all those things and more. It is under Gold Standard until the end of the month - so, I had to take it in and let them figure out the clunking noise!!

So sorry to hear that but the gold standard is great. Too bad it always happens when we are so busy though... Suzanne

I am so sorry. You are right it always happens when we most need them. Hope you get her checked out soon and that it will not be anything serious.
