Something else that clients liked was the dishmat. When I thought of how to put this together, I made it the width of the counter and made it so that it folds in half and can be stored under the counter without hanging to low. Pul fabric inside to make it a bit more waterproof as well as a light batting. Stays dry and absorbs water very well.
