This is a design from Orfeus, I started with this as the centre block and just kept adding Japanese theme blocks till the main centre area was a square then started putting on borders

thank you lbrow this is 10" x 10" and the main centre sq is 40" x 40" and I have been working on it for about 2 months

Shirlene, it is from Orfeus designs, they have some great Oriental designs and the digitising is good, I enlarged this on enbird by about 25%

absolutely beautiful, how in the world did you do a 40 x 40 square. I'm assuming you had to re-hoop but I've never learned that tecnique. But what a good job, well done.

thanks you, but I did not explain properly, this square is only 10" x 10" I then added further blocks & rectangles until I made a large centre piece 40 x 40
