Here is one of the things that makes me happy.......this is the homemade heat den we made for outside kitties, Parfait & Buster......I took a heated pad (specially made for outdoor use on pets) and covered it with fake sheepskin that can be washed, then we took a Rubbermaid container, cut a hole in back for the electric cord and a big hole in front for them to enter and exit.......we left the lid on for them so if it rains or snows it will stay dry......we then placed it up on our outdoor Rubbermaid garbage storage unit so that the raccoons & skunks can't get in it.....here you can see Parfait and you can't see her brother behind her.....<br /><br />

we are happy campers that they are using it....that is 2 less kitties outside that we have to worry about.....BTW, Parfait looks just like Jiffy (one of the older sisters that we have in the house)<br /><br />
