1/2/2015 DH and I just celebrated our 12th anniversary. No big deal, both getting over being sick during Christmas we'll celebrate later in the month with dinner out. I'm afraid we won't ever rack up the big numbers - like 30 years, 40 years, 50 years, as we;re in our 60's now! I married him with his hair already white (and real pretty).

Congratulations to your Anniversary.
My DH and I are married since a bit more then 15 years and Dh will be 70 this year. But I think it does no matter how long we are together its only important how we are living together.

Congratulations. Now days a lot of couples wrack up a lot of years living together before they get around to getting married ,so the number of years celebrated in a anniversary can be a lot more in reality. In our case 13 yrs + 25 yrs.

Congratulations Grace and hubby! I know the feeling because Maurice and I have been together 8 almost 9 years and I hit 60 this past summer! You sound very happy to be where you are at in life. Time seems to rush by me at this age and I too have bittersweet thoughts about making it for a long time together. I figure that even a short ttime with the one who loves me and I love back is better than an eon with one who only cares for himself! I'll choose quality over quantity every time! God bless and keep you both for many more years together!
