Oh, Cuties, am so frustrated.....I have been stitching without issue with my new computer and now this morning I can't stitch....every time I try to load a design into Amaya OS, it freezes and I have to use the ctrl ault delete to get rid of the process.........what the heck could have happened? I have rebooted, shut everything down, fire it all up as usual and I get the freezer treatment.......Jim will check it out when he gets home, but now I have a whole day without testing....Boo Hoo!!!

It sounds like your computer may have done an update your software does not like. I do hope you get it figured out.

Actually it did do a driver update on 4 drivers that don't involve the amaya, but apparently there is a conflict somewhere......Jim said he will restore computer to prior to this update if all else fails......ggrrr!
See if you can force an update for the Amaya software. Maybe they have a solution for you already. One can hope -- right?

Woo Hoo, Rescuer, I rolled back one of the driver updates (a gaming one, I don't even have any games on this compuuter) and I am up and running!!! You helped me determine that when you mentioned that the computer must have done an update that my emb software didn't like...so once again.....thank you!!

Clever lady to be able to figure it out. Don't we hate these updates that we don't need or want. I'm glad you are up and running again.

Yeah, Yeah! You fixed your problem with a little Rescuer helping you out! Well named, isn't she! I was thinking you might need to reinstall software, but the upgrade was the problem. I have found that my system software doesn't always agree with my digitizing software. I'm at the point I don't update my computer's software of any kind now. Hugs, thanks dear friends for helping each other!
