I purchased five letters a few days ago and clicked on the blue tabs for PES and I can't get them downloaded. I tried it about 6 or 7 times already. This is not the first time ordering from this site. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Have you checked under "Your Orders" or "Download Center"
That is where you will be able to download the files. Unless you pay for a membership, you cannot download right from the main Design page.

I hope Rescuer has helped you find your downloads...just want to pop in and say Welcome to Cute...you should really get the membership...it is soooo worth the price...all the designs on the site are free with the membership and are there for your to download...
