This was going to be a chair pad few months back but it was tad small so I turned into a large carrying bag today as I hate to waste fabric.
So when an appointment type thing comes up I can put Kindle, a book in case I can't Kindle, drawing pad, scissors ball of yarn and small snack. Plus the usual ladies goodies.

I folded fleece into fourths and sewed it then put cotton strip over that. This way they are firm, yet padded enough and will go over my shoulder or can hand carry.

Thanks much ~hugs back. I loved your zipper blessing. The one in top of this was one of those blessings I received. I wanted a rope handle covered but the fleece idea just popped right into place.

I wish I could shrink my sewing machine and pop it in bag and then zap it up bigger when sitting somewhere waiting on someone or something. Tire shops are boring. Since no one has invented such a goodie a bag full of small goodies keeps this ole kid from getting too bored.

Great bag! I love it. When I have to go to appointments that are going to take a long time I know they think I must live on the streets and carry everything I own with me at all times. :)

Great bag love it. Will have to come up with something like that for DH he hates waiting for the doctor. He thinks if he can get there on time so should the doctor.
