While I was making my own fleece blanket I thought maybe this would make a really pretty baby blanket. A few hours later & here we are! Right after I finished this I got an invitation to a baby shower & they are told it is a boy so perfect timing. I enjoy getting the opportunity to see the baby once he/she is born & much prefer the shower when this happens. Unfortunately this little guy will not be here until after the shower sigh..........

the gap on the lower left hand side is for ribbon label when my machine comes back. As the picture shows I lay the two pcs of fleece on my cutting board to line the edges upto the cutting line then place the clear ruler on top & measure two inches away & cut it there along the bottom yellow line upto clear ruler, I cut them all one inch apart & this blanket 2 inches long bigger blankets work better with longer strips but I wouldn't go smaller then the one inch they don't look as nice.
