Dream machine innov-is xv problem when I turn my machine back on my pattern has dropped about 1/2ins
has anyone else ever had this happen,design fills the very large hoop so cant move it up or down.Bernadette

All I can suggest is to look it up on u-tube. My daughter had no screen and thought she would have to buy another machine. Went to u-tube and there were instructions there how to fix the problem. Other than that I cannot help. Hugs Marg

I had it once with my machine, I took it to dealer, and it seemed the part where the hoop is attached to ( see picture), did not move smoothly, so he oiled it for me,I don't did it myself... no problems since.

Thank you,new machine so should not happen,my dealer is about 1 hour away so needs some planning..

Happened to me with the Elissimo. In the middle of stitching, it decided to move the pattern about 1/2 inch. Another thing that happened was after skipping a couple of colors I wanted to continue and the foot came down on the frame. My suggestion is to take the machine to the dealer. At least there will be a record of it. My Elissimo evtl had to go back to Baby Lock to be made right, because their certified dealer was unable to fix the problems.
