Attention all in the UK. Lidl supermarkets have packs of 5 coordinating fat quarters for £2.99. Not fantastic but cheap enough to play with!

Hope you get some! They also have the long flexible knitting needles.

Now and again they have packets of 10 balls of knitting yarn with a double pointed flexible needle in the right size for €5. Bought one a couple of months ago and knitted two jumpers for a 6 yr old. They survived being laundered splendidly, so last month when they offered again I bought to more packets. So that's 3 flex needles 4mm.
Their sock wool is also a great quality - they came two variegated 2 matching colour 50 g balls plus 5 double pointed needles size 2.5 mm.
Have not seen fabric here.

We haven't had fabric here before - we do have yarn quite often though.
