up and running, the 4th comp. repairer I asked to put my pe design6 on my new computer said fine, now I have 2 installation programs, windows 8.1 and windows xp, they have to be used completely separately, can't cut and paste have to export to usb to swap between programs, just have to get used to them now thankyou for all your suggestions and help...wendy

Pleased to hear you have it up and running. I am running PE Design Version 5 on my windows 8.1. Don't ask how. My daughter put it on from XP. Too technical for my brain to figure out. LOL. Hugs Marg
