Here are a couple wreaths I did from SanFranciscoStitchCo the Hearts and Shamrocks are stuffed I used a styrofoam wreath for the hearts and cardboard cut out for the Shamrocks. Both were covered with fabric before attaching the little stuffed hearts or shamrocks.

Both are nice but the shamrocks are fab. You seem to have sewed them to a base. G

ethan as stated above they are on a fabric covered cardboard base, I then hot-glued the shamrocks to the base.
