I don't know if this qualifies for January challenge, but this was challenging.......the same client that I did the other appl designs for also wanted a mouse coming out of the ground......she wanted it cute and whimsy, so this is what I came up with and it is the first time I have touched this "poodle" fur.......I have alot of it but have not used it before........I did put a piece of heavy weight wss on top before stitching.....I will put the design up on my website tonight...it will be a 5x7....this one in the pic was enlarged to fit the 10 x 10 hoop..
Oh it is stitched on a grey sweatshirt....

Your client is keeping you quite busy! Love your whimsical mouse and boy was it ever so lucky to find a piece of cheese waiting for him! I think the use of "poodle" fur makes it very striking! I worked with some similar fabric (don't know if it is called poodle fur) but man! did it get everywhere! The outcome was super and so was the mess :-) Totally worth it. Really sweet design you made. You are obviously keeping your client very happy!
