Towel for granddaughter. I did a towel for one sister now I need to make one for the others. This is the second. Cora's nickname is ladybug and she loves when I put lady bugs on her things. The design is from Emblibrary. I had to edit the design to isolate the lady bug and the flower so I could accent her name. I love the wide band on the towel which allows me to embroider the border design. Purchased at JCPenney for those in the US.

It is really neat font and you get several sizes. The capital C is 4 in and the other letters are 3 in. Her name is so short I thought it needed the larger first letter. On her sister Catherine I had to use a 2 in font from Oma's Place.

Oh! Wow!!! Becky you've done a wonderful job on this design. Just love the colours of the leaves with the colour of your towel. Our Dana was a collector of ladybugs too and had them all over her room when she lived at home. Your grand-daughters are very lucky that you can do this for them. Love Chris

Thank you Chris. I did choose a green with a slight blue tint for the leaves to compliment the towel color.

Thank you Lillian. I am having fun making these. A bit stumped on the last two ones for GD #2 and #5. Hannah likes frogs and Paris France and Abigail bugs.

Thank you. I am thrilled to have learned how to edit out parts of a design. When I first started I would stop the machine and just advance the stitches. Very tedious and not very accurate.
