I wrote to Nationwide insurance to tell them how inappropriate their Super Bowl commercial was. Surely they could find a better way to raise awareness of children and accidents. It was like someone took a knife and stuck it right into my heart.

But it did garner attention and that is what they wanted. I didn't watch the Super Bowl so didn't see it.

If only they knew the heartache a parent suffers after losing a child, of any age. Being in Oz did not see it but can sympathize with you. Hugs Marg

Jan, I saw it, and agree wholeheartedly with you!!
Happy Birthday, a day early!! Hope YOUR special day tomorrow is great from beginning to end! Sorry, I haven't kept more in touch with you. Seems I cannot slow down; overwhelmed with running and too many demands of my time the past several months! Have got to take better care of myself!! Cindy is still doing well, and involved in her Special Olympic activities! Keep me in your prayers, as I always do YOU!!
Loving hugs,
Angel

I am sorry that it hurt you so much however, it did bring the issue to the forefront, raise awareness, and get people to talk about the issue.
