Welcome to Cute!

Please explain your problem a bit more fully.

Have you downloaded designs but cannot find them? Look for a folder called "downloads".

Is your problem with opening the designs to see them? If so, you need some software such as Willcom Truesizer (free download.)

You can only see one design at a time, unless you get software like Icionizer. Software to show the icons is not free, but it may be what you are looking to find.

Hi and Welcome to Cute...you need special software to see your designs on your computer screen as "pictures"...I use Embird Iconizer and love it...there are others and I am sure some other Cuties will be along soon to add their input...I couldn't be without the Iconizer!

Hi, SewIconz will give you little icons for each design. Not expensive, and I would not do without it. It allows you to see what files are in your folders, and #of color stops, size and #of stitches if the files are unzipped. Check out their other software-also not expensive. Join the yahoo group and have the best support group for a product I have found.

I use Embrilliance Thumbnailer--open my documents page or a folder and the page is full of images. I can set it to show whatever format I use, or as many others as I like. It costs about $40 and I love it. Hover over image to see # of stitches, # of colors, size of design, etc.

If you have a Mac computer then Stitch Buddy is the program for you. It is incredible and you can see lots of designs at once.
