Here is the quilt I made from the state flowers and birds blocks I posted a while back. I made 4 pillows but decided to use only 3 of them for now. All of the birds show from the top of the quilt. The designs are from emblib. I hope you enjoy looking at it. Thanks for looking

Wow ! Beautiful! I can't imagine how many hours you have put into your masterpiece, it is gorgeous. Love all the colors and emb library designs have LOTS of stitches, too, but oh so nice!

each bird took about 2 hours counting the preparation and cutting into 8 1/2 " blocks the quilt is about 90 x 102 give or take a little the green strips are 1 1/2 before seams.
I made the bird blocks over a period of a year or more and once I started the quilt, it took me about 10 days or so.

I have this set and have dreams of making a quilt with them. Now that I see how gorgeous your quilt turned out, I am all the more inspired to stitch them. This quilt is truly an heirloom piece to be treasured by your family for years. Those fabrics you used really tie all the different designs together for a cohesive look. Can you share what type of fabric the white is and the stabilizer you used?

the white is 100% cotton and the stabilizer is a medium wt tearaway.
