HELP!!!!!!!Does anyone know how to unblock a drop box???I was keeping my designs free in a drop box now its like dead ??I can add designs but can't download them .Any ideas anyone???

Hi Carolyn, I'm sorry I don't use Dropbox. I just Googled "How to Unlock a Dropbox" and there were lots of articles written about it. I'm sure others will come along soon and help you out. Love Chris

Carolyn, not sure if i am able to help. Can you copy and paste to a photo section and then paste to your sewing program. I have done this when my children put photos into dropbox, i copy and paste to where i want to put them in my folders. I don.t see why it would be different with your storage. Hope this may give you another idea around it. Hope this is of some use to you. I will ask my son who is a computer teacher but i am afraid i can't store his information in my head. Different generation, it does not help us when we did not grow up with this technology. Sandra

Carolyn, spoken with my son very useful tips if you type in unlock dropbox foles in google . Then you should be able to copy and psste to where you want them. Hope you are successful Sandra

Nothing helped .I ended up deleting the whole thing.Then my friend came to reload it and no matter what she does it won't work.???Weird :(:(Carolyn

Have your son scan your computer and then he should be able to get it to come back. Other's have issues with Dropbox occasionally too. I hope it is working for you again very soon.

I'm no help with that Carolyn, I had a Dropbox but kept having issues so got rid of it before I had it a week. I saw it was not going to work for me/Lilllian

I know how much you want this to work, I would start back at the beginning and try to logon to drop box main site. I you have an account. I also lost my icon in the start menu, and have to manually start it. I also lost my camera hookup to it which is really a pain. I have not tried to fix it. I could try to send you something to test and see if any kind of link would work.

I deleted it Christie from the computer from everywhere else .So i tried a new download and it won't work .My computer geek friend tried it and after an hour she gave up lol
