Thanks to everyone for wishing me a Happy Birthday earlier in the week. It was a birthday with a difference as Twm was at home with a dreadful cough and cold which being a kind young lad has shared with all of us. Twm had helped me sew a design out last weekend and enjoys the machines so we sewed. He tells me that when he has his own house he will have his own embroidery machine. On the Tuesday we sewed again and he used some of the inbuilt fonts to write his name using the glow in the dark threads I have. That then gave us entertainment in the evening watching it shining in the dark. We also enjoyed watching many of the Katie Morag stories. I have loved Mari Hedderwick's books on KM since my daughters were little.

Thanks to Sarah and Linda or Aireyfairy and Zoefzoef for posting out birthdays daily as there must be some times when its difficult for them to do so. I have given a flower to all who commented. Thanks fellow Cuties

What a king young man, to share!
My grandchildren also have it and I do hope that they have not shared it me! I'm taking my Vitamin C and echinacea in hopes of getting out ahead of it.

I'm glad you had a lovely birthday in spite of the nasty virus. Kudos to TWM for developing a healthy hobby.

I've had a summer cold these past 10 days, my darling husband Trev gave it to me. I've been on all kinds of Garlic, immune tablets, panadol etc. you name it and nothing has helped. I have just had to fight it off. I was so glad to read that Twm helped you out Caroline, Ophelie loves to sit in here with me and "make" things!!!!! Delphi is now at an age that I've got to watch everything she picks up - especially in here! This is a dangerous room for kiddies! Hope your year ahead is filled with fun, laughter and love. Love Chris
