We are renovating again..............This time my office is getting redone............It really needed it but living through renovations are challenging @ the best of times & hubs works full time so it is slow going............this is what it was down to the bare floors (we ripped out the carpets & the underlay)
& this is where we are so far

I see an improvement already the first picture is a dirty dark dungeon and the second is a princess room bright walls, pretty flooring window and pegboard in their respective places. Great job so far!!!! lol

Looking good! I like the wood floor. This room should not be nearly as hard as redoing your kitchen - which turned out great.

thanks & yes your are so right the kitchen was a very long process. I love the floor & so does hubs. It will be all the same in three bedrooms. Good for resale lol just in case

Kitchens take longer than any other room (except maybe a bathroom). You'll be done before you know it! Waiting now to see the finishe product!

I am going through the same thing, Loralye........Jim is making me a new desk and cabinets .....he is putting them together in the basement and we plan to do the do over next Saturday.......hope to take pics before & after....of course I told him we are not moving anything until he has the shelf for the cat beds ready......so they will still be above my desk on a shelf......can't wait!! Your room looks to be terrific!
