I finally got around to making an ITH pot holder from The Purple Hat. It was much easier then I thought & a very handy thing to have. It is the perfect size for picking up a hot kettle & having the Teflon batting in the middle keeps your fingers safe. I used yellow thread so you aren't able to see the quilted grid on the inside of the heart but it is really pretty. I made my own tab instead of a ribbon

I can see the yellow stitching when you double click on the picture and I also prefer the fabric tab.

They are verry pretty, have the design too, they make quick gifts and with lovely fabrics as yours you can change the look without an embroidery.
