Hi Raelene, the following instructions for her Scissor holders are below.

"To make these scissor holders, hoop a piece of stabilised felt and stitch the design up to the last colour change; remove the hoop but do NOT unhoop the fabric, pin a piece of felt over the BACK of the design then reaffix the hoop and stitch the last colour. Trim round the outside of all layers, being careful not to cut the stitching."
