I just have a question about membership. If I join for 6 month can I download any and all designs on your site? I tried to send a message through the inbox as someone previously directed me to do, but you need a specific person's name to put in the "To" box. I love so many of your designs, but I have to say, that this is one of the most difficult websites I have ever been to when trying to get a question answered or contacting someone....

I am most sorry you are having trouble. Yes, if you paid for a 6 month membership here on Cute Embroidery, you may DownLoad any and all of the designs from this site. There are other sites by the same owner, but they do not go under this site membership. Each site is its own site. I hope I am making sense to you. When you Personal Message the owner of the site, you put TEST in the to section. That is her avatar name. She has so many wonderful designs that a membership is well worth the cost, I have been a paid member for many years, and would be lost without it.
By the way, WELCOME to Cute, and I hope you get everything going your way. On Cute, you usually have an answer from someone quickly, so I hope I have helped you. If not someone will be along shortly to further explain. Hugs, Judy...

The site moderators should be able to answer most of your questions. If you do need to contact the site owner make sure that you've asked the moderators first. The site owner is quite busy trying to work on the site.
Instructions on how to contact the moderators is located in the Q&A section of this website. Additionally, one of the moderators already gave instructions on how to send a PM in a previous post
