My hairdresser had a request from an 88 year old lady wanting to know is she knew anyone who could do some embroidery for her. Natalie (my hairdresser) thought of me and asked me if I could help. I said yes, so I collected the little bear at Mum and my appointment on Tuesday. I took it home and thought hmmm, what can I do? Lightbulb moment! I'd sew the name on a piece of felt and sew it by hand to the inside of the heart that the bear was holding. Because there was a little pawprint design in the top right hand side I didn't make it too big. I dropped it back to Natalie on Thursday and I got a phone call late on Friday afternoon from a very happy Great Grandmother who just loved it. She offered to pay me and I said not to worry about it as it didn't take long. She was so thankful. What a lovely ending to a simple gesture. Love Chris
But this is very cute. great job :)
