Not sure were to put this but you all know i love a challenge .Welllllllllllllllllll this beast of a computer is running slow and i am taking everything off it and reloading what i need pray for me ok .I still have my lap top if i screw up but my son says it is easy Mom so here goes :);)hugs

When all else fails with technology, ask a teenager. They know how to get it all for us :) Good luck and I hope everything transfers well. Just as a side note, after crashing, and dropping 3 laptops, I keep an external disk drive backup of all my files. It has been well worth the money since I had to reload twice after breaking laptops.

oh its so easy don't be scared plug them both in it will show them on the computer then drag and drop or let the machine do it .

Hi noah, I hope all goes well with your computer, I save all my designs on cd's & usb's, that way if anything goes wrong on my computer, I at least have 2 backups. And I love your smiley face, I am kinda of partial to smiley faces, my youngest son Jared used to collect anything to do with smiley faces, he even had smiley face buttons on his key rings. Good luck, Carolyn.......I find it very beneficial for me to keep programs at a minimum for my work/embroidery computer........I find alot of everyday programs can wreak havock with my embroidery software, so less is more!
