Here is the final version of the table mat. It is made entirely in the 130mm x 180mm hoop and the finished size is 26cm x 22cm.

Love it Sue, this is what I had in mind when I said shorter and wider. tough luck for me though I do not have a hoop it will fit. My largest hoop is 30cm x 18 cm/Lillian
