Hi Carolyn, the only place I know where to get one is from my dealer here in Australia. Can you find a reputable dealer close by to you in Canada that could help out, or maybe even one of the other Cuties in America can help you out.
I have copied a template for you for the size of the 360x200 - has John or you got any hard type of plastic? All you need to do is cut out the plastic to the inner size of the hoop and mark it in grids of 36 x 20 little squares. I hope you get lots of help. Love Chris
Have a look at Husqvarna in Ontario, maybe they can help out. Husqvarna Viking Sewing Machines

Hmmm, I am stunned that you did not get a template for your hoop when you purchased it...I would go back to my dealer and question why one did not come with the hoop....sounds very strange to me...all of the hoops that came or I have purchased for my Ellisimo all came with templates.....

Just another example of Viking becoming more "money driven" than customer driven. So, so sad. I love my Viking machines...but they are killing the ability for new customers to afford them! I know it's not a huge amount...but really, a piece of thin plastic?
