YEAH! I've finally finished my bag. This makes 8 bags for my Ladies Christmas luncheon. I haven't put initials on Mum's or mine. I've now got to finish my Biscornus - 6 of those to do.
Sometime in the next year I'll be making a quilt for baby Cohen too. Haven't spoken to Naomi about colours etc. but I bet they'll be in greens, aquas, blues, etc. The other two boys were in those colours.
It's a glorious day here today - went to Italian this morning and we are learning about Piace (to like something in the singular) and Piacciono (to like something in the plural). It's great fun, I always enjoy my lessons but end up wanting to revert to how I say things in English, but it's like Yoda talking, when you speak Italian.
Fun to talk Italian and very challenging, it is. Hmmm!!!
Love Chris
1. My bag laid out full.
2. The finished bag - I decided to leave the upper edge extended, so you can see the lining fabric at a glance.
Posso venire anche io a mangiare a casa tua per Natale?
Certo, tu sei molto benvenuto! Ma che una lunga strada da venire!!!! he he he! Amore Chris
I am tempted to try one as well though never done any sort of quilting :)
