it looks like a stitch a half, use the search box and look for boxes.

Hmmm, it looks similar, but the embroidery pattern is different...
Thank you. ...they have many boxes like this one but its not the one I am looking for! Most probably this was a freebie!

It looks like the Christmas music box from Skeldalehouse. You should be able to find it under one of the Christmas Lace ornaments in the FSL section as a freebie if it is still there.
