Sometime ago in projects there was a FSL cup and saucer made into a pin cushion. I am sure it was a Dutch or German site. I thought perhaps Lianestitch. I have looked all over the site but can't find anything like it. I am not expecting it to be free as a lot of work would have gone into digitizing it. Can anyone help me find it?

There's a cute teacup windlight at July 2014 on Liane Stitch. Is this what you were remembering? (No longer free.)

Yes, I remember exactly what you are talking about. It was shown here in the Project section. Some one took the FSL teapot and Teacup tealight cover and made it into the teacup and made into a pin cushion and I think the teapot she made into something to hold sewing items? You are correct the design is from http://ls-line-stitch.de -- go to her site and click on Free Designs, then click on the first pictures, where you see the duck and rabbit FSl tea light covers. Then on that page scroll down and you will see the FSL cup and the teapot tea light covers. They are no longer free but you can use google to translate the pages and find out how to email her and ask her how to buy them and she will answer you. She is so very nice to deal with!

Forgot to say that the person that made this into a pincushion did make a little plate or mat that both of these items sat on so that is probably why you are remembering a saucer. It will be difficult to find the original posting in the project area here as I think it was about a year or so ago it was posted.
