Here is my latest, a Dresden plate quilt. It took me 3 weeks to make it. This was a continuing effort to use up some of my stash. The centers were quilted on the embroidery machine. I hope you like it. The bottom picture is the back. Thanks for looking.

Very nice! Love that you did pillow shams to match, makes a great set.
Did you use up all of your stash? Every time I think I have mine just about used up, it grows!

A beautiful quilt. It would take me 3 years + ( most likely with a 0 on the 3 lol) to make something like this. I love the back as well. Thanks for sharing. Hugs Shirley

You have done a beautiful job. Have you got any tips on making the dresdens? I started a dresden block recently but can't see to get the centre flat. I know i need to unpick and re stitch this one. Maybe the template is too big in the centre

I was ready to give up the project when I looked at a video on youtube with kay woods, putting the circles together is a challenge but I did adjust a few of them after I sewed them. then I ordered a Dresden plate tool off ebay which made it much easier. Thanks

Thank you. I will look into that. Is there a particular one I should look for do you think?
