Smart Needle's Bunny Towel Hanger (without the towel).
My kitchen cabinets wouldn't work with this sort of hanger (no knobs...) so, I stitched it as a doorknob hanger instead. I think it turned out rather cute, if I do say so myself. The design is currently a freebie.
