Two dresses for my grand daughters Gwennan and Catrin.

I have almost finished making these two dresses from Liberty Tana lawn. I have lined the dresses. The pattern is New Look 6016. I first saw someone here post a picture of a dress that they had made from the pattern. Apologies I have forgotten who it was so if YOU have made this dress please say so.
These are unfinished as I don't have my sewing machine at home at the moment its with my daughter. So when the dresses are handed over I will be able to put the buttonholes on and the buttons, a press and then they will be finished. Its pointless pressing when they have to be packed up for travelling. Before I was a mother I would make friends Liberty tana lawn dresses if they had a daughter. When Rosie was born I was given some of the dresses back. Sadly I don't know what happened after Lizzy wore them. I have already cut the dress out again for Gwennan in Vyella for next winter.
No embroidery whatsoever but they were great fun to make and thanks for looking
