Send an email to the address that shows on the top of the picture you have attached here. Send the picture to them as well. There is something wrong with your machine and they would be the best ones to help with that.
PS you would have more folks look at your post if you put it in the Embroidery section instead of Personal meant for prayers and hugs...though I am sending hugs to you right now.

Have you tried to switch off the machine and restart it? That usually resets it. I never had your problem but other strange things have been solved by restarting.

Whether that works or not, send the picture tot the Husqvarna address as well, just like rescuer said.

Have you sent the email? The address is given right at the top of the screen on your machine. I would wait for their answer as they have the codes and their meanings.

Have you tried to lower the speed of the motor that winds the bobbin? I do that on my machine. My Topaz 30 has two motors, one is dedicated to the bobbin winding and I can lower its speed. Just a thought.

Can you call the dealer your bought it from? My dealer can solve minor problems over the phone and if she can't, directs me to www.husqvarnaviking.com and they have a contact us tab.Good luck.

This is the very reason I no longer reccommend Viking to anyone. They do not have customer service worth a cent!! Hopefully your dealer can contact them. That's what finally had to happen to get my Diamond fixed. I send message after message to both the web site & the email...they NEVER answered me back. Keep us posted on how it goes.
