Several years ago I purchased a CD that has several LEGAL licensed Aggie designs. It came from either one of the campus bookstores but more likely a machine deale, probably Bernina. If you can look up the dealers or maybe even quilt shops in Bryan-Collage Station area you might try contacting them.
Also,Katelyn's Kreative Stitches has several team names digitized and they stitch out great.

I found this about Texas A&M's use of their logo, which I would assume is similar for all colleges and universities. If you really want their logo on something, see if you can't purchase some material and applique it on your item.
