I found the pattern and embroidered one in 5 x 7 hoop and one in 8 x 8 hoop. They will go in our community baby shower gift basket as give away. So cute and fun to do. My 7 y/o granddaughter stuffed them for me.

This may have been on the section where Cuties who digitized put up free designs for us to download but it has been removed and is no longer available. I am sure someone will come along and either confirm what I am saying or guide to where the design is available.
