A bit of advice. Often there are requests on information on buying a new embroidery machine. So...again I will say make sure if buying a brand new machine that there is aftercare. This afternoon I have removed the dust cover from my Brother PR650. Half way through there were problems and what ever I did the little red lights flashed at me. One phone call later with me following instructions (after saying what was happening) the problem was solved. I live about 2-3 hours each way from my dealer but the assistance is always there on the phone. The aftercare of a machine and support is invaluable from a reliable dealer
My dealer is fabulous. He had given me instant service, over the phone help and good quality work over many years.
I met him at a craft show (and many others that I will not go to) and his attitude to me at the show is what made me go to him for a service when I found that I couldn't trust the people I had been to previously.
He won me over with the first service and has been fabulous ever since.
Anyone in the Sydney Australia (or further afield) who wants a referral/intro to an honest reliable dealer, send me a PM.
